At Dandelyan we like to stray from the norm, and this year to celebrate World Gin Day we’ve gone ALL out with our friends at Bombay Sapphire. The hotel we’re in is a real gem (if you’ve been lucky enough to stay with us before you’ll already know; Tom Dixon designed the whole hotel, not just our space) so we thought we would commandeer a suite for a few weeks and transform it into a tasting room with a beautiful botanical terrace to soak up the sun. It’s definitely not shabby. To top it off, each week it will feature a different menu and concept created by 4 of our amazing senior team: Will, Enrico, Jack and Alex.
Dandelyan’s Botanical Suite will seat up to 8 guests and will take them through a tasting of 4 different cocktails over an hour and a half session reflecting the concept chosen. Each menu will look to delve deeper into the chemistry, biology and history behind the liquid you will get to taste.
